David Anson Burke is the founder and President of Anson Consulting Inc. He is a Professional Engineer with a Master of Business Administration (U of Alberta 1998). Over his career he has had extensive international experience, working in Cyprus, Pakistan, and China. In Canada he has been successful in a variety of challenging education and training appointments. While in Alberta for three years he very successfully worked in the real property management area; managing multi-million dollar construction projects and infrastructure maintenance budgets. In Canada he worked as a policy analyst and planner in a number of appointments. Moreover, he has significant senior management and practical leadership experience. With recent experience in China, having served at the Canadian Embassy in Beijing for four years, he can assess business opportunities in China and assist firms developing strategic plans.
